Verify that the volume on the DTA Mini Box is not turned down. Press the volume up on the DTA Mini
Box remote control. Volume level will be displayed on the bottom of the screen.

Verify that the SAP feature has not been turned on. Press the ‘A’ button on the DTA Mini Box remote
control to see if that restores sound. If not, press the ‘A’ button again.

If the customer’s remote control was recently paired to the DTA Mini Box, you may need to reset the
remote control, and then turn the volume all the way up, before finally reprogramming the remote
control to the television.
