FIRST START
1)
Verify that the inlet seawater valve is open and that the feed pump is properly flooded.
2) Fully open the pressure regulating valve (turn counterclockwise).
3) Switch the system ON with the Main Switch
4) Can be useful to prefill the system : a short fresh water flush through the onboard pressure
pump will fill the system
5) Switch the feed pump ON and then switch the high pressure pump ON.
6) Check if the salty water is discharged. Vent out as much air bubbles as possible .
If there are air bubbles in the feed circuit, the high pressure pump won’t run smoothly,it is irreg-
ular and noisy. Do not raise the pressure until there are air bubbles in the line between the
feed pump and the high pressure pump.
7) If the seawater correctly feeds the high pressure pump and you can see that is regularly dis-
charged from the brine pipe, you can slowly increase the pressure to 30-40 bar (3-4 Mpa or
400-600 PSI) by turning clockwise the high pressure needle valve(13). Let the system work for a
few seconds to release air from the circuit. You will have to see the water flowing out from the
concentrate hose. Slowly turn the valve clockwise till the pressure shown by the gauge is 55/60
bar (5-6 Mpa or 800-850 PSI) or till the maximum productivity of the machine is shown by the
flow meter.
Any eventual irregularities in the operation and/or inconstant pressure are due to
the presence of air bubbles in the feed circuit .
8) Once the machine runs regularly, turn counterclockwise the high pressure needle valve, re-
duce the pressure to 0 bar and than stop the HP Pump and the Feed Pump.
ERSTER START
1)
Überprüfen Sie sich, dass obdas Seewassereinlassventil offen ist und ob die Förderpumpe ord-
nungsgemäß geflutet ist.
2) Öffnen Sie das Druckregelventil vollständig (gegen den Gegenuhrzeigersinn).
3) Schalten Sie das System mit dem Hauptschalter ein.
4) Kann nützlich sein, um das System vorzufüllen : eine kurze Frischwasserspülung durch die
Onboard-Druckpumpe füllt das System
5) Schalten Sie die Förderpumpe ein und schalten Sie dann die Hochdruckpumpe ein.
6) Prüfen Sie, ob das Salzwasser abgelassen wird. Entlüften Sie so viele Luftblasen wie möglich.
Wenn sich Luftblasen im Förderkreislauf befinden, läuft die Hochdruckpumpe nicht
gleichmäßig, sie ist unregelmäßig und geräuschvoll. Den Druck nocht erhöhen, wenn Luft-
blasen in der Leitung zwischen Förderpumpe und Hochdruckpumpe stehen.
7) Wenn das Meerwasser die Hochdruckpumpe korrekt speist und Sie sehen, dass es regelmässig
aus der Soleleitung abgelassen wird, können Sie den Druck langsam auf 30-40 bar (3-4 Mpa
oder 400-600 PSI) erhöhen, indem Sie das Hochdruck-Nadelventil(13) im Uhrzeigersinn drehen.
Lassen Sie das System einige Sekunden lang arbeiten, um Luft aus dem Kreislauf abzulassen.
Sie müssen sehen, dass Wasser aus dem Konzentratschlauch ausströmt. Drehen Sie das Ventil
langsam im Uhrzeigersinn, bis der vom Manometer angezeigte Druck 55/60 bar (5-6 Mpa oder
800-850 PSI) beträgt oder bis die maximale Produktivität der Maschine vom Durchflussmesser
angezeigt wird.
Eventuelle Unregelmäßigkeiten im Betrieb und/oder ein nicht konstanter
Druck sind auf das Bestehen von Luftblasen im Zufuhrkreislauf zurückzuführen.
8) Sobald die Maschine regelmäßig läuft, drehen Sie das Hochdruck-Nadelventil gegen den Uhr-
zeigersinn, reduzieren Sie den Druck auf 0 bar und stoppen Sie dann die HD-Pumpe und die
Förderpumpe.
