5) MAINTENANCE
Before any cleaning/maintenance action the operator has to absolutely disconnect the electric cables.
Maintenance has to be made by skilled personnel only, with the sole use of original spare parts.
In order to assure a high performance for a long time operator has to make a simple maintenance work as
mentioned in the following table.

Replacement of carbon rods
Carbon rods can be easily replaced when damaged or worn. Follow the steps below:
a) disconnect the electric cable
b) unscrew the nut
c) take off the rod
d) plug in the new rod
e) fasten again the screw again with the nut
NOTE: The inside mechanisms of TIRRENO are protected for a lifetime with a special grease. DO
NOT OPEN THE MACHINE UPPER PART. Any tampering will invalidate the manufacturer warranty.
