1) INTRODUCTION
TIRRENO
is a high-performance
patented
machine to collect olives. Handy and light, it allows collecting
olives easily without the use of stepladders. This manual includes all necessary information for a proper use
and maintenance of the machine. Besides it includes important safety notes, so it always has to be kept with
the machine for a quick reference.
2) INSTALLATION: HOW TO START
In its standard configuration the machine is equipped as follows:
TIRRENO shaker
100-cm extension
15-mt power supply cable equipped with fuse
TIRRENO
works with a standard 12V car battery. In order to have an operating autonomy of 8 hours we
suggest using a
80-100Ah
battery at least.
Connect the TIRRENO connector to the power supply cable; connect the cable terminals to the battery as
follows:
Red terminal to positive pole (+)
Black terminal to negative pole (-)
Extension assembly:
a) Switch off the machine
b) Unloose the handle on the handgrip
c) Take off the tube inside handgrip
d) Plug in the extension up to the end
e) Fasten the handle again
3) SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
The operator has to use TIRRENO respecting all the safety measures as per the current regulations.
Mainly:
ALWAYS use protective glasses
NEVER use TIRRENO near electric cables
NEVER use TIRRENO in case of rain or storm, anyway work in a dry environment
Before any cleaning and/or maintenance action disconnect the electric cables
