In the section entitled “Input” under green header, the following parameters about each input program in the TS are displayed:
Resolution: indicates the resolution and frame rate of the video input.
Input: indicates the user-defined name of the input source (see Section 6.3 of 6270-2 User Manual for details).
Bitrate: indicates the bitrate of the input program.
In the section entitled “TS” under an orange header, the following parameters about each program in output TS are
displayed:
TS Mapping: indicates the list of programs selected by the user to be assigned to each output TS (TS #1 thru 4). The
program information includes the PMT PID, Program number, Short Name, Major-minor channel number (see Section
6.8.1 in 6270-2 User Manual or Step 4 in the Quick Guide for details).
In the section entitled “Output” under blue header, the following parameters about each program in output TS are displayed:
IP Output: indicates the IP output addresses assigned to “Main > Output > IP”
RF Chan: indicates (i) the RF channel number of the QAM output, and (ii) whether the output QAM is On or Off
(see Section 6.82 in 6270-2 User Manual or Step 5 in the Quick Guide for details).
Status: indicates whether the Quad-QAM RF output module is locked or not.
In the section entitled “Spare Input” under green header, the following parameters about the Spare Input (9th input)
are displayed:
Configured to Replace: Displays the assigned input for spare replacement
(see Section 6.3 of 6270-2 User Manual).
"Main > Status" Screen
The “Main > Status” screen is a “read only” screen and displays Input, PID and Output information of each of the four (4)
transport streams (TS). Each TS contains two (2) programs:
