e. Long press the pair button from remote controller can quit the current Bluetooth device connection, and start pair with other
device.
Bluetooth connect with TV: In case of your TV device has Bluetooth function, the soundbar can wireless playback with your TV
as well. You have to turn on the Bluetooth function on your TV screen and searching “ BP LS200” for connection. Please reference
your TV's manual for the details.
USB playback operation
The product includes USB playback function which can decode and playback the music from a USB storage device. Before start
the operation, please copy the MP3 format music into the device; and insert the device into the unit first, because the USB
mode is only available when the device plugged on unit successfully. Then the unit will detect and play the inside MP3 music
automatically.
In USB playback mode, you can get track selection/play/pause/preset EQ/treble&bass adjustment function etc. by press
relevant button from remote controller.
Notes:
a. Connect the USB stick by a USB extension cable for playback is not recommended which may produce noise or intermittent
sound due to audio data loss during transfer.
b. Decode and playback all MP3/WAV format music is not guaranteed.
c. The max supported storage device is up to 32GB.
d. Some different device and brand may take a little long time to playback; please kindly note this is not mal-function.
Pair wireless subwoofer with soundbar manually
The soundbar has paired ready with wireless subwoofer defaultly. In case, there has connection problem. Please try below step.
a. Connect soundbar with available AC power and power on, enter to Bluetooth mode; then the soundbar is under pairing
mode with subwoofer.
b. Meanwhile, connect AC power and turn on the wireless subwoofer, the blue color LED will flash slowly on rear panel. Long
press(3seconds) the WPS AUTO PAIR button on the rear panel of subwoofer. The blue LED indicator will flicker quickly, now the
subwoofer is under pairing with soundbar.
c. After around 20~30 seconds, the blue LED indicator of subwoofer will become stable constantly without flickering, which
means successful pairing between soundbar and subwoofer.
d. After 1st time successful pairing, the soundbar and subwoofer will auto pair each other in next time using.
e. The wireless subwoofer can common pair with another LS200SUB soundbar under same batch. Please repeat above
operation, but please make sure only the desired soundbar and wireless subwoofer is turn on during pairing.
Note:
a. If the wireless subwoofer is turn on, but the soundbar is power off or standby; the blue LED indicator of wireless subwoofer
will become red after few minutes because it in standby mode.
b. To avoid sound quality interference cause by wireless signal while you play LS200SUB, please keep appropriate distance
away from your other Wi-Fi /2.4G wireless device.
c. The maximum connection range between soundbar and wireless subwoofer is 10 meters in open space, and we suggest
distance is 6 meters.
Trouble shooting
1. The speaker cannot turn on.
a. Please check if the power connection is correct.
2. No sound output.
a. Please try to adjust the volume knob, mute button and check the play source.
b. please contact service center for support if the issue remained.
3. Sound distortion.
a. Please try to adjust and play the music at a lower volume level.
b. Check the status of treble/bass setting.
c. Please try to decrease the volume level on outsourcing player like TV etc.
4. The sound is sounding intermittently in Bluetooth mode.
a. Please try to move the Bluetooth device closer to Soundbar.
b. Please try to repair the soundbar with Bluetooth device.
5. There is no sound output in optical or HDMI(ARC) mode.
a. Please check if there was connected properly between soundbar and device.
b. Please make sure that your TV has HDMI(ARC) compliant, and appropriate port was connected. Please set up the TV to HDMI
ARC(CEC).
c. Set up audio output mode of TV to PCM format.
6. There is no sound from subwoofer.
a. Press and hold the WPS auto pair button on the rear panel of subwoofer to reset and wireless pair with soundbar.
b. Power off and on again soundbar and subwoofer both, and manual pair the device according to this manual.
c. Please contact service support center in case issue remains.
