Fault diagnosis
Fault Possible cause Remedy
Suction power
too low Filter polluted / clogged
up.
Paper filter full.
Dustbin full.
Floor nozzle, tube or hose
clogged up.
Clean filter.
Replace.
Empty dustbin.
Clean it.
Dust collector
does not run No power supply.
Connect power supply
cable.
No active voltage at power
supply.
Check if dust collector
closed.
Shut off due to water
sensor.
Plastic dust
bag is sucked
against filter Check position of turn
button in dustbin is with
marking

upwards.
Any guarantee on the machine is expired when:
 Non original Blastrac parts have been used
 Repair work is not done by qualified Blastrac personnel
 Changes, add on’s or conversions are undertaken without written permission of
