- Remove the rebound (6x M8 bolt). Remove lute rests of the flanges.

- Remove the top liner cover (8x M10 bolt).
- Remove the top liner cover with a crowbar or a solid screwdriver. Remove lute rests.

- Remove the 2 cage kickers (2x M8 nut)
