7.11 Compressor
The oil level and air filter of the compressor should periodically be
inspected according to the maintenance and inspection list given in
chapter 7.2.
Replacement or cleaning of the air filter is depending on the
environment in which the truck dust collector is operating.

The height of the oil level must be approximately halfway of the oil
level indicator, indicating about 0,25 liter.
Use only oil especially made for compressors according to the
specification C.T. 68 (ISO 68 - viscosity).
Prior to draining off the oil, the compressor unit should have operating
temperature.
7.12 Timer unit
The timer unit controls the air pulse system. This unit is at delivery of
the dust collector already programmed with regard to optimal filter
cleaning.
If however doubts arise about settings, this unit can be checked. We
advice to contact
Blastrac support in order to prevent operational
problems.
