Date-Time system settings
“Help” Function
In “Encode Setting” Interface, whenever the mouse cursor is suspended on one item, a question mark
appears by the cursor and the corresponding item comes to a hyperlink state. Click the hyperlink item to
trigger a text window to give instructions on properly setting the corresponding item.
