Vehicle Turns On But Does Not Move
May be in free wheel mode.
Make sure lever is completely pushed down to engage drive mode, then turn off
the vehicle and turn it back on to reset the controller.
Vehicle Moves Slowly
The weight limit of the vehicle may have been exceeded. Please refer to
“Maximum Weight Limit” for weight specifications.
Vehicle battery charge may be low. Check the battery indicator on the control
panel and charge if needed.
Check for obstructions on or around the vehicle or in your pathway.
Check adjustable speed dial.
Vehicle Has No Power
Check the fuse which is located in the control panel shroud.
Check the battery connections by opening the battery box and inspect all wires to
see if they have been pinched or frayed.
If the vehicle hasn’t been charged regularly, the batteries may be completely
discharged. Charge the batteries and recheck. If batteries do not recharge, contact
your authorized Bladez Health Products Corporation Service Center for
replacement batteries.
