11.2.3 The responsibility of user:
1. Proper use of the vehicle in accordance with this Owner’s Manual.
2. The carrying out of daily inspections.
3. The carrying out of the regular maintenance set by this company.
4. Keep a record of vehicle inspection and maintenance in this Owner’s Manual.
11.2.4 Warranty effectiveness
The product registration form must be completely filled out and stamped by the Bladez
Health Products Corporation dealer where it was purchased.
11.2.5 Warranty rights are non-Transferable
Bladez Health Products Corporation warranty is non-transferable. The warranty will
only be honored to the original purchaser.
NOTE: Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a
particular purpose, are limited to one year from the date of original purchase and to
the extent permitted by law. Any and all implied warranties are excluded. This is the
exclusion remedy. Liabilities for consequential damages under any and all
warranties are excluded.
