2.
FLUE TERMINAL
The terminal on the outside w
all must not be allo
wed to be obstr
ucted. If it is damaged, in an
y way
, turn the boiler off and
contact your Ser
vice Engineer.
Note:
The Alpha E-T ec S boiler is a high efficiency condensing boiler and when oper
ating vapour will be emitted from the
terminal.
This is saf
e and quite normal.
3.
MAINS FAILURE
In the event of an electr
ical supply failure the boiler will not oper
ate. When the supply is restored, the boiler will retur
n to
normal oper
ation. Remember to reset an
y controls, if fitted, when the supply is restored.
If the mains water supply f
ails, there will be no hot w
ater from the taps. The boiler will contin
ue to provide centr
al heating.

CLEANING

ELECTRICAL SUPPL Y
The boiler requires a 230V ~ 50 Hz supply, fused at 3 A.
To connect a plug:-
The colour of the wires in the mains lead of the boiler may not correspond with the coloured mar
kings identifying the
terminals in y
our plug. In this case proceed as f
