Turn on Music Shortcuts
If you want to control your music faster and easier, you can set the volume keys to quickly skip songs in
the Music app on your BlackBerry device.
1. On the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen.
2. Tap Settings > Main Volume.
3. Turn on the Music Shortcuts switch.
4. In the Music app, to skip songs, press and hold the Volume Up key or Volume Down key.
Play your last music selection
If you set up a great music list and then you close the Music app or start listening to a new album, you
can still listen to the music list even if you didn't save it.
1. In the Music app, tap > .
2. Under Collections, tap Last Played.
To save the music list as a playlist, tap > .

I can't open a media file
Make sure that the file is in a format that your BlackBerry device supports.
Videos
You can use the Videos app on your BlackBerry device to play, edit, organize, and display your videos.
