 1)  Locate the two nylon control horns, two

nylon control horn backplates and four M2 x
12mm machine screws.

  2) Position the rudder horn on the bottom

side of  rudder.

1 

 3)  Using a 1.5mm drill bit and the control

horns as a guide, drill the mounting holes
through the rudder halves.
