Video Mode
Use the Video Mode menu to select one of twelve Video Modes for a specific
resolution. Please see (page 47) for more information about Video Modes and
supported screen resolutions.

Color Filter
Most of the old graphic cards using only 8 or 27 colors, which means only the color levels of
0%, 50% and 100% (ref. 0V, 350mV, 700mV). Therefore a very strong noise could be on the
signal, e.g. due to a bad power supply or a electromagnetical launching, which is noticeable
especially as disturbing inhomogeneity on big areas in the picture. Using the color filter the
input signals are defined on these three color levels, so that disturbing effects in the picture
are corrected

color menu. Having a optimum color
detection you should take a picture
including many information (text,
graphics, many colors).
Turn on the color filter
If there is still a noise in the picture,
adjust it by setting up brightness and
contrast.
