FRADSWITCH A/S 3 PORT
3.3 Hardware Configuration
The FradSwitch A/S 3 Port contains two different types of printed circuit boards,
as shown in Figure 3-1 below. The main board contains most of the FradSwitch’s
circuits, and has two jumpers. Three main-link interface boards carry interface-
specific logic. The following subsections provide information on the functions and
default settings of the internal jumpers, as well as step-by-step instructions for
setting them. (Note that the default settings of the FradSwitch’s jumpers are
usually suitable for most applications.)
All other configuration of the FradSwitch A/S 3 Port is done after you install it,
through its firmware-based “command facility” (menu system). For detailed
