CHAPTER 3: Installation and Setup
To open the Fiber Optic Modem’s case:
1. Disconnect the power cord from the mains outlet.
2. Release the two rear-panel screws and use them as levers to slide out the
printed circuit board interior.
To set switches and jumpers:
1. Identify the switches according to the configuration diagram (
Figure 3-1
).
2. Set the switches for the desired operation (see
Table 3-1
).
3. Replace the Fiber Optic Modem PCB interior.
