Description: A timer used by the Authenticator state machine to determine when a packet will be transmitted. 

Argument: 

<port range> : syntax 1, 5–7, available from 1 to 12 
<sec> : timer, range 1–65535 

Possible value: 

<port range> : 1 to 12 
<sec> : 1–65535, default is 30 

Example:
