Slow cooker won’t
connect to router
• Check to see if the home network Wi-Fi is working.
• Check that you are connecting to 2.4GHz signal
and not the 5GHz signal if you have a dual band
router.
• Start over initial set up from the beginning.
o Make sure your smart device is connected to
your home wireless network.
o Press the “Stop” and “Start” buttons at
the same time (E) until the Wi-Fi icon on
the control panel starts to blink (F); this is
indicating that the slow cooker is looking for a
Wi-Fi connection.
• Check that once you’ve set the Wi-Fi slow
cooker with your router settings that your home
mobile device is connecting to the same home
network. It is important to follow each screen in
order to have the initial setup work properly.
