1 BEFORE PROCEEDING

building codes.

2 SHUT OFF WATER SUPPLY
Locate water supply inlets and shut off the water supply valves. These are usually found
under the sink or near the water meter. If you are replacing an existing faucet, remove
the old f aucet from the sink and clean the sink surface thoroughly.
3 TOOLS RECOMMENDED
• PTFE Plumber's Tape • Plumber's putty • Slotted screwdriver
• Phillips head screwdriver • Pliers • Adjustable wrench
• Flashlight • Cloth
Your installation may require new supply lines and / or shut-off valves or other additional
tools.
4 CHECKING THE CONTENTS OF THE BOX
Upon opening the box, check to ensure that all of the following items are included.
A Spout B Handles (2x) C Spout Base
D Valve Bodies (2x) E Pop-Up Assembly F Pop-Up Rod
G Bag [Seal Ring, Valve Adapters] (2x) H Hose
J Bag [Nuts (2x), Square Washer (2x)]
K Bag [Seal Ring, Metal Washer, Long Nut] L Bag [Ball Rod, Strap]

5 SPOUT INSTALLATION
Insert Lift Rod (5A) into hole at the back of Spout (5B). Place Plastic Seal Ring (5C)
against the bottom of Spout Body (5D). With Spout (5E) facing forward, carefully
install the Lift Rod (5A), Shank (5F) and receiving Tube (5G) through the center hole
of sink (5H).
6 SECURING FAUCET
From underneath sink, secure the faucet by placing the Metal Washer (6A)
and the Long Nut (6B) (7/16 hex.) onto the Mounting Post (6C). Make sure
that the bumps on the Metal Washer (6A) are facing up. Tighten using a fl athead
screwdriver or an adjustable wrench until the faucet is fi rmly connected to the sink.
Do not over tighten!
