Common Power Output Problems
Possible Cause

Recharge battery or check DC
power supply.

operated draws
too much power
Reduce load to maximum 10
watts. Although this unit has two
outlets, some phones and tablets
can draw 10 watts from a single
outlet. Connecting another device
to the second outlet in this case
would create an overload condition
and cause the charger to shut
down.
Charger in
thermal shutdown
condition
Allow charger to cool down.
Ensure there is adequate
ventilation around the load is no
more than 10 watts for continuous
operation.

Indicator Lights Red
When the Power/Fault LED
Indicator turns from green
(indicating the unit is powered)
to red, a fault condition is
present and the unit will
automatically shut down. See
