Example Program 2 
 
This program cooks the product at 350°F for 25 minutes and then cooks at 150°F for 20 minutes. Total cook time 
is 45 minutes. Since the Hold program is 0°F and 0 minutes, the Hold function is defeated and the Xtra button will 
not work. 
 

Stage-1: temperature set to 
“350°F”, time set to 25-mins. 

Stage-2: temperature set to 
“150°F”, time set to 20-mins. 

Hold: temperature set to “0°F”, 
time set to 0-hr 0-mins. 

 

 

 

 
Example Program 3 
 
This is an example of a delayed start option. The program ‘Holds’ the product at room temperature for 15 minutes 
and then Cooks at 350°F for 20 minutes. Total time is 35 minutes. Because Stage-1 has no temperature setting, 
there is no need to pre-heat the oven. Since the Hold program is 0°F and 0 minutes, the hold function is defeated 
and the Xtra button will not work. Reverse Stage-1 and 2 for an example of a ‘cool down’ option. 
 

Stage-1: temperature set to 
“0°F”, time set to 15-mins. 

Stage-2: temperature set to 
“350°F”, time set to 20-mins. 

Hold: temperature set to “0°F”, 
time set to 0-hr 0-mins.
