Saving the Program Settings
There are two ways to save the program settings. Press and hold the Prog button and wait for the word OFF to
appear in the time display, or when finished programming, wait 8 seconds (do not touch any key) and the display
will return to “OFF”. The new settings are automatically saved and, if there were no changes, the original program
is retained.
Selecting a Program
1. Press and hold the Prog button. The light next to the button will illuminate along with the light next to the
Cook button.
2. Release the button.
3. Use the Navigation keys next to the program number display and scroll up or down to locate the program
number desired. When scrolling through the programs, the Stage-2 settings for each program number will
be shown in the display area.
4. Once the desired program number is reached, release the Navigation key.
5. Wait 8 seconds or press and hold the Prog button. The controller will now use the newly selected
program number and its settings.
Pre-Heating the Oven
1. Select a program number as documented in this manual. Wait for the word “OFF” to appear in the display
area.
2. Press the Pre-heat button. The ‘heat-on’ light will illuminate and the cooking fans will come on. In the
display area, the temperature display will show real-time temperature changes in the oven and the time
display will show “On” as depicted in the example below.
