Rotisserie Oven

The example display shows the controller during a 
Cook cycle: Program 1 set at 360° F with a cook time 
of 1 hr., 10 min. The colon in the time display will 
flash throughout the Cook cycle and the ‘heat on’ 
indicator will cycle with the heat. 

Programming Examples 

Example Program 1 
 
This program will defeat Stage-1 cooking and only use the Stage-2 cooking and the Hold functions. Total cook 
time is 1 hour, 10 minutes. Total Hold time is 2 hours. 
 

Stage-1: temperature set to 
“0°F”, time set to 0-hrs 00-mins. 

Stage-2: temperature set to 
“360°F”, time set to 1-hr 10-mins. 

Hold: temperature set to  
“170° F”, time set to 2-hrs.
