TROLLEY BRAKE INSPECTION
Inspect the trolley’s brake lining for wear.
If the trolley’s brake lining measures the “Replacement” value or a higher dimension,
discard and replace the trolley’s brake assembly.
Single Speed:
- The trolley brake lining as standard is 0.31 inches
- If the trolley brake lining is less than 0.23 inches, it should be replaced.
Dual Speed:
- The trolley brake lining as standard is 0.28 inches
- If the trolley brake lining is less than 0.20 inches, it should be replaced.
The trolley brake is non-adjustable.
CONTACTOR INSPECTION
Refer to the chart below for the recommended work rating of the hoist’s contactors.
(Jogging: when the pendant control buttons are pressed quickly and repetitively in to
move the hook in small increments)
