immediately if you notice any of the following signs of
deterioration:
• The meter does not turn on.
• The meter is damaged or has stopped working.
• The meter’s screen has been cracked or has become
clouded.

Cleaning Your Lancing Device
Important:
Do not immerse the body of the lancing device
in water or any other liquid. Use isopropyl alcohol or soap and
water to wipe the outside of the lancing device. If you wish,
remove the cap, wash it in warm water, and rinse. Store lancing
device in carry case or in a clean and dry environment.
IMPORTANT LANCING SAFETY MEASURES
If the lancing device is being operated by a second person who
is providing testing assistance to the user, the lancing device and
endcap should ALWAYS be disinfected prior to assistance from
the second person.
Stop using the lancing device and contact customer service
immediately for a replacement if you notice any of the following
signs of deterioration:
• Any buttons have fallen off or stopped working.
• The device is cracked.
• The device is discolored.
• The device does not yield an adequate blood drop.
