Software Update
Software updates can be performed using a USB pen drive containing the latest software package
or remotely.
To update the software package via remote access, the user must agree to the terms and condi-
tions regarding information on the spinit® instrument. biosurfit will only have access to that infor-
mation after confirmation by the user.
Device maintenance
On the Device maintenance menu, the user can make a Hardware check where it will be possible to
verify the internal spinit® hardware status regarding cameras and hardware;
On spinit® instrument data it is possible to export files through a USB pen drive or through and
Ethernet connection.
In the remote maintenance, the user has the possibility to make a remote connection with
biosurfit technical support. The remote access has access to Log and System Files, both with infor-
mation regarding database, performance issues and assay results. The user must agree with the
Terms & Conditions to proceed with the remote maintenance access. biosurfit only has access to
this information after accepting the Terms & Conditions.
