The remote ‘error code” does
not go away
Call customer support. You may have a
component problem.
The control box red light
continues to flash.
This indicates a lack of communication
between the control box and the remote.
Try the re-matching procedure between the
remote and the control box. If this doesn’t
correct the problem, call customer support.
You may have a component problem.
Control box or remote was
exposed to water and is not
responding
Call customer support. You may have a
component problem.
The controls seem to be
working properly but the
blanket does not get warm.
Check the control box to make sure that the
red light is on and not flashing. If the light
is not on, check the plug to the AC outlet. If
the red light is flashing, try to re-match the
remote. If this fails to solve the problem,
call customer support. You may have a
component problem.
Excessive Lint, pet hair, etc on
the blanket
Use a good lint brush or roller to remove
lint, hair and dirt
Minor spills and Stains
Unplug the blanket. Water soluble spills
can be gently wiped with dish soap or other
soap for delicate fabrics and allowed to dry
thoroughly before using the blanket.
Visible damage to the remote,
the control box, the blanket, or
the cord.
Call customer support for replacement
parts.
Lost or damaged remote or
remote stand.
