12 WARRANTY AND TERMS OF USE
The Bioquell WIC-1 Walk-In Chamber is supplied and installed with a one year conditional
parts and labour warranty, which commences from the date of delivery. This warranty does not
affect your statutory rights.
Notes
1. The warranty is conditional on the basis of the normal operation of the equipment
strictly in accordance with the User Manual.
2. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, physical damage to, or loss of any
part of the equipment.
3. The warranty does not cover service parts or consumables including catalytic and HEPA
filters, Camlock consumables, inflatable door seals, distribution fans, H
2
O
2
sensor head,
PT100/RH Sensor Assembly and fuses.
4. The warranty will be rendered invalid if the bio-decontamination process uses a
different sanitant liquid to that specified by Bioquell or its Service Providers.
5. The warranty is conditional on routine maintenance being carried out in accordance with
the maintenance schedule described in the User Manual.
6. Only fully trained and Bioquell authorised Service personnel must be used for routine
maintenance or emergency repairs.
7. Only Bioquell approved consumables, service parts, replacement parts and accessories
must be used. Contact your Bioquell Service Provider to obtain these.
8. It is the responsibility of the user to check that the materials to be decontaminated are
compatible with hydrogen peroxide vapour.
9. This warranty shall be interpreted and construed under the Laws of England.
13 DEFAULT PASSWORDS
Access to these passwords should be limited to the necessary personnel and at the appropriate
level of seniority and training.
It is advised that this page is removed from the manual and stored in a safe place.
