TROUBLESHOOTING
7.1
Alarms
The following table gives all the possible alarms on the WIC and what action
ought to be taken. A description of the generator alarms and what actions to take
is given in the User Manual for the Generator.
Alarm warning with
flashing icon; number
represents number of
active alarms present.
Touch on icon to minimize
alarm screen.
List of unacknowledged
alarms. Under PLC; WIC
refers to a chamber alarm
and HPV-GEN refers to
generator alarms.

Note: Any alarm will inhibit the start of a cycle. If alarm is active and gas in
chamber, i.e. gone beyond conditioning phase, then the system will initiate
Emergency Aeration.

If Door A should be locked and door
seal pressure less than limit or if
door should be unlocked and
pressure greater than limit.
If in cycle goes to
OFF mode.
Check door seal for
damage. Attempt to re-
lock door.
If OK contact Service

DOOR A UNLOCKED
The door is open when it is not
enabled.
If in cycle goes to
OFF mode.
Check the door is shut
and the magnetic lock
is not damaged. If OK
contact Service
Provider.

FAN 6 ROTATION
FAULT
(APB only)
No tacho feedback signal has been
received from APB inlet fan.
If in cycle goes to
OFF mode.
No possible user
checks. Contact Service
Provider.

FAN 4 ROTATION
FAULT
No tacho feedback signal has been
received from Stirrer fan 4.
If in cycle goes to
OFF mode.
Check the fan for any
obvious obstructions
and that it is not
unplugged. If OK
contact Service
Provider.
