3.  This step is applicable only to Saphyr ICS version 5.2 and higher. 

If the network test was successful but Saphyr ICS connections still aren’t functional, an internal DNS server 
may be interfering. To test this, in Saphyr ICS Main Menu, select System Settings, then select the URL Test 
tab. Select a URL and verify that the embedded web browser does not show an internal DNS page (some URLs 
will display a blank page, and this is expected).
