Relative strength, Amplification efficiency, and Signal to noise ratio
To adjust the thresholds, it may be helpful to find out the Relative strength, Amplification
efficiency, and Signal to noise ratio of a given reaction data. This can be done by floating the
mouse curser above the Ct value of that reaction data, in the analysis window (
Figure A7
).
