Creating experiment file from existing template file
1.
To load an existing experiment file or template file, double click on the “Open
experiment file” then click “Next step” button to continue setting the thermal
cycling program. (

).
2.
Double click the sample grid in the Sample setup window, each sample can be
identified (i.e. Unknown, Negative control, Positive control or Standard;
