Troubleshooting Guide 

Issue with connecting the power 

Please note that the power connector at the back of the instrument has an orientation. 

Make sure that the connector is properly aligned with this orientation. Do not force the 

connector in if the resistance is too great. Instead make sure the connector and receptacle 

are properly aligned. 
 
Also make sure the AC cable is connected to a power source. There is a blue indicator light 

on the AC/DC adapter. It will illuminate when the AC cord is receiving power from the AC 

source

.
