The column on the left side will display the information currently coded into a particular reagent vial RFID tag when read by the RFID
Reader and the column on the right side contains the fields utilized by a user to enter information to be coded to the RFID tag.

The user will enter information either manually or using the provided drop down menus within the column on the right.
�
After entering all of the information, the user will then click the ‘Write Tag’ button to encode the information into the loaded
Improv vial.
�
To confirm that the Tag was written to correctly, click the ‘Read Tag’ button.
�
The RFID tagged Improv Reagent Vial is now ready for use.

Notes:
�
Only user created reagents are available for writing to the Improv Reagent Vial RFID Tag
�
Only 7mL Improv Reagent Vials are available for use
�
Recommended ‘Storage Temperature’ is 2-8°C
�
Do not use the ‘Configure RFID’ button. Contact a Biocare Representative.

To add a new Manufacturer to the Manufacturer Name drop down menu:

Click the Manufacturer Name drop down menu and choose ‘---Add or Remove---’
�
The ‘Add Manufacturer Information’ window will open
�
Enter the new Reagent Manufacturer in the ‘Company Name’ field
�
Click the ‘Add’ button
�
The window will close and the new Manufacturer will be ready for use

To Delete a Manufacturer:

Follow the same procedure
�
Choose the Manufacturer that you wish to delete from the drop down menu in the ‘Add Manufacturer Information’
window and click the ‘Delete’ button. Click the ‘Return’ button to close the window.
