NOTE
• The plasma-cutting torches with central connector must only be
connected to power sources with central sockets which comply with the
safety requirements according to EN 60974-1 and EN 60974-7.
• The assignment of the cutting torch and cutting power source is clearly
defined by the coding on the plug and socket and must be observed
under all circumstances.
CAUTION
Risk of injury
• Prior to each cutting process, check your personal protective equipment.
NOTE
• All parameters required (such as the cutting current, soft start,
compressed air, etc.) must be set on the power source in accordance with
the cutting operation.
• Information and tips on the direct cutting process (technique, procedure,
materials, plasma...) are given in the relevant technical literature and not
in these operating instructions.
NOTE
• As the PSB cutting torches are integrated into a cutting system, the
operating instructions of the welding components, such as the power
source, must be observed.
• When using the PSB manual cutting torch, the two-cycle mode of the
trigger can be activated.
