CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Important: before performing routine cleaning, remove the plug from the mains.
Regularly check that the filters are clean and that the water in the tank does
not contain deposits or substances to ensure that the functions are as effective
as possible.
To clean the filters, remove the frames, external pre-filters and internal filters,
and clean the dirt with a vacuum cleaner or a brush, making sure that the
surfaces are not damaged, and rinse with running water. Allow to drip dry
completely, place it back in position and tighten the screws.
To clean the tank use a soft cloth to remove any deposits on the surface,
taking care not to damage the pump and other parts.
To clean the body, use a soft cloth dampened with water and, if necessary, use
also a mild everyday detergent.
Do not use abrasive or corrosive products.
Do not immerse any electrical parts in water or another liquid. In the event this
occurs, dry carefully and check that the electric parts are perfectly dry and,
only thereafter, plug the appliance into the mains. If in doubt, contact a
qualified professional.
If the appliance is not used for long periods of time, you should store it away
from dust and moisture; we recommend using the original packaging.
The batteries of the remote control must be disposed of in the appropriate
containers; dispose of them in compliance with current law.
If you decide to no longer use the device, it is recommended that it is made
inoperative by cutting the power cable (first ensure that the appliance has
been unplugged from the power supply), and ensure that any parts that could
be a hazard to playing children are put away.
