Assembly - Fitting Van Racking into Vehicle

Remove the ply lining from the side of
the vehicle
Place the built unit(s) into position
Mark Bracket locations and drill holes
into the double seam making sure when
drilling not to go through the outer skin
of the vehicle
Fix bracket to double seam using large
washers and Nylon nuts (rotate bracket
for shallow or deep fitting)
Fit the ply lining against the side of
the vehicle and carefully measure the
bracket positions
Cut out holes in the ply lining so that
the brackets fit through

Slide the racking unit(s) against the side
wall & fix to the brackets (you may need
to drill suitable holes in the van racking
frame to match the two.
Refit the ply lining
