Problem
Possible Cause
Solution
The display „Content level - Ice cube
collector container“
glows.
• There are too many ice cubes in the
ice cube collection container
.
• The temperature of the water is
too low.
• Empty the ice cube collection
container
.
• Raise the water temperature to
above 7˚C.
The display „Content level - Water
reservoir“
glows.
• There is too little water in
the water reservoir
.
• Switch the appliance off, top
up the water level, and after
3 minutes switch the appliance
back on.
The displays „Content level - Ice cube
collector container“
and
„Content level - Water reservoir“
are flashing.
• The throw-out mechanism
cannot move itself.
• Disconnect the power plug.
Check to see if an ice cube
is blocking the throw-out
mechanism. If yes, carefully
remove the ice cube. Restart
the freezing process.
• Contact the Service department
if the throw-out mechanism
continues to be immobile after
removing the ice cube.
The ice cubes are too big and stick
to each other.
• The ice cube production
process takes too long.
• The water temperature in the
water reservoir is too low.
• Select a smaller ice cube size.
• Switch the appliance off, wait
until the ice cubes melt, then
switch the appliance back on.
• Exchange the water in the water
reservoir
. The water tempera-
ture must lie between 7˚C and
32˚C.
The ice cube production process
runs normally, but no ice cubes
are produced.
• The ambient temperature or
the water temperature in the
water reservoir is too high.
• The cooling system is leaky.
• The pipeline in the cooling
system is blocked.
• Operate the Ice Cube Machine
with an ambient temperature
of less than 32˚C.
• Fill the water reservoir
with
colder water.
• Contact the Service department.
The control lamp ON/OFF
flashes,
even though you have just recently
started a production process.
The power supply to the appliance
is unintentionally interrupted during
the ice cube production process.
Switch the appliance off and remove
the power plug. Wait a few minutes
and remove the possibly jammed ice
cube. Switch the appliance back on
and restart the ice cube production
process.
