Put  a  generous  amount  of  gel  on  the  area  to  be  worked  and  this  will  improve  the 
effectiveness of the treatment and prevent damaging the machine. 
 
Perform the massage, sliding the handset slowly and without pressing. Massaging this 
area should be applied toward the body, as shown in the diagram.
