P6. HILL INTERVAL PROGRAM
This program simulates climbing and descending a mountain by varying the inclination levels
based on speed.
With the console switched on displaying

, press the hill interval program and the
image for the selected program will appear.

Next it will ask you for your weight between 50 to 400 lbs (between 23 to 130 kg). Use the
+ -
to select your weight and press
ENTER
.
Next it will ask for the hill slope difficulty level (between 1 and 10), press
ENTER
.
It will now ask for an exercise time limit (between 20 and 99 minutes). Use the
+ -
keys to
specify a time limit and then press
ENTER
.
The machine will then start after a three second countdown at an initial speed based on
the specified values.
Pushing the
STOP
button will interrupt the program, and the console will return to the manual
program.
