FITTING THE ELECTRONIC
MONITOR.-
FITTING THE MAIN CABLE
Take
cable (M), sticking up out of the main
post (6), and plug it into connecter (N),
of the monitor (1). Fig.3.
FITTING THE HAND-GRIP CABLE.
Take hold of the Hand-grip connector
(Z), Fig.3, and plug it into the
connector (Y) of the monitor (1), Fig.3.
Remove screws (4), Fig,2, from the
base of the monitor, then slide the
front of the monitor onto the plate on
the main post (6), Fig.3, making sure
not to snag any of the wires, fit the
screws (4) removed previously and
tighten securely.
Insert the jack (g) on the transformer
(73) into the connection hole (h) on the
main body (bottom, rear of the
machine)
and
then
plug
the
transformer into a 220 V mains supply,

Note
: The transformer is only
necessary to charge the battery after
long periods of inactivity. Disconnect
the transformer before using the
machine.
THE ELECTRONIC MONITOR

The monitor will switch on displaying
the message U1 in the centre of the
screen. Select the user, between U1-
U4, using the
▲
/
▼
keys and then
press the MODE key.
After which the programs available on
the monitor will appear.
If at any time during exercise you
press the START/STOP button then
all of the unit’s functions will stop.
Pressing the START/STOP button
again will restart the machine.
Never leave the unit unattended when
it is plugged in. Unplug it from the
electric socket when not in use.

MONITOR FUNCTIONS
This electronic unit has seven function
keys: RECOVERY, BODYFAT, START
/ STOP; RESET, MODE;

PULSE / THR is display at the top of
the monitor. The centre of the screen
will simultaneously display the selected
program level. There are windows at
the display that indicate the SPEED /
RPM; TIME; DISTANCE; WATTS,
CALORIES.
This monitor also has 1 manual
program, 12 pre-set exertion level
programs; 4 user defined program (U1-
U4); 4 Heart Rate Control programs and
1 steady watt rate program.
With the monitor either stopped or
working the SPEED / RPM windows
give alternate displays every 5 seconds.
CHANGING
FROM
ONE
WORK MODE TO ANOTHER
This monitor allows you to work in 6
different modes: Bodyfat, Manual,
Program, User, Pulse (TARGET HR)
and Steady Watt rate. In order to pass
from one mode to another press the
START/STOP button to stop the
monitor, then press RESET and, with
the help of the
▲
/
▼
buttons and
MODE key, select the desired mode.
