FITTING THE HANDLEBAR.-
Line the handlebar (2) up with the top
holes on the main post (6). Place the
clamp 29, take bolt (26) and washer
(27) and screw it hand tight onto the
bottom, Fig.7. Pass the hand-grip
cables through the slot on the post,
FigA, and pull them out through the
top. Take the guard (23) and insert it
as shown in Fig.7. Take handle (25)
and spacer (24) and screw it
clockwise onto the bottom hole, Fig.7.
7 ADJUSTING SADDLE
HEIGHT.-
Loosen the saddle post knob (42) a
little, turning it anticlockwise, and pull
it back, Fig.7, adjust the height of the
saddle to suit the exercise and then
release the knob so that it slots back
into one of the holes on the saddle
post. Tighten the knob (42) securely
by turning it clockwise.

FITTING THE ELECTRONIC
MONITOR.-
Undo screws (4) located at the back of
the monitor, connect cable (9), sticking
out of the top of the main post (6), into
connector (n), located at the back of
the monitor (1) Fig.8. Take the end of
the hand-grip cable (z) and insert it
into connector (v) at the back of the
monitor, Fig.8. Now slide the monitor
onto the plate at the top of the main
post (6) Fig.8, put the two screws (4)
back in and tighten.

ADJUSTING THE
HANDLEBAR.-
Set the handlebar (2) so that you can
pedal in a comfortable position and,
without releasing the handlebar,
tighten up handle (25) securely, Fig.9.

EXERTION CONTROL.-
To provide an even level of exertion
during exercise, this appliance is
equipped with a tensioning control (5),
located on the post, offering various
exertion settings, Fig.9.
To increase pedal resistance turn the
tensioning control (5) clockwise (+)
until the exertion level best suits your
exercise requirements. To reduce
pedal resistance turn the tensioning
control (5) anticlockwise (-).

LEVELLING.-
Once the unit has been placed into its
final position, make sure that it sits flat
on the floor and that it is level. This
can be achieved by screwing the
adjustable feet (64) up or down, as
shown in Fig.10.

MOVEMENT & STORAGE.-
The unit is equipped with wheels (56)
to make it easier to move. The wheels
located at the front of your unit make it
easier to move it into a chosen
position, by lifting the rear of the unit
up slightly and pushing it, as shown in
Fig.11. Store your unit in a dry place,
preferably not subject to changes in
temperature.
