Setting the Temperature Controller Parameters (See Figure 2)

Single Ramp

Turn power on.

Turn positioning beam on and position heater.

Set controller parameters

Hold the

button for 1-2 seconds

Set rp1 (ramp time) in minutes

Press

Set ct1 (cure temp) in degrees

Press

Set hd1 (hold time) in minutes

Press

Set rp2 = 0 (this disables 2

ramp)

Press

Press the

to exit setup menu

Set auxiliary heater off or on

Press the cycle start

Double Ramp

Turn power on.

Turn positioning beam on and position heater.

Set controller parameters
