Personal data set-up
Press the
SET
button to set up your user profile. The screen displays the flashing profile
number.
Press the
/
buttons to select a user profile (1 - 10). Press
SET
to confirm your
selection.
Press the
/
buttons to select your gender (male/female). Press
SET
to confirm
your selection.
Press the
/
buttons to enter your age. Press
SET
to confirm your selection.
Press the
/
buttons to enter your height (in centimetres if measurement unit is kilos
(kg) / feet and inches if measurement unit is pounds (lb) and stones (st)). Press
SET
to
confirm your selection.
Impedancemeter mode (Weight and calculation)
To calculate your body fat, turn on the scales by pressing S
ET
or by placing your foot on it.
The last profile used is displayed on the screen with the age and height of the user.
Choose the user profile using the
/
p buttons. The age and height of the selected
profile appears on the screen followed by
0:0
.
Stand on the balance to weigh yourself.
For accurate results, you must place your feet on the scales’ sensors and remain stationary whilst
being weighed.
Once complete, the results appear on the screen and are repeated.

FAT% : BODY FAT PERCENTAGE
TBW% : WATER MASS PERCENTAGE
