heart rate. The heart rate is preset into the following training ranges. However, this
can be changed in the app:
“Fat Burning” appears on the display if your current heart rate is
between 50% and 60% of your maximum heart rate.
“Aerobic” appears on the display if your current heart rate is be-
tween 60% and 70% of your maximum heart rate.
“Steady” appears on the display if your current heart rate is be-
tween 70% and 80% of your maximum heart rate.
“Anaerobic” appears on the display if your current heart rate is
between 80% and 90% of your maximum heart rate.
“Maximal” appears on the display if your current heart rate exceeds
90% of your maximum heart rate.
