If you often have cold or poorly circulated hands, we recommend you
complete warm-up exercises before the heart rate measurement in order
to obtain a more precise measurement.
7. Functions
7.1 Overview of functions
The activity sensor has the following functions: time, pedometer, distance covered,
calorie consumption, active time, daily target, sleep mode and battery state display.
The functions are reset to zero every day at midnight. The counting then starts
again from the beginning.
To switch between the individual functions, press the button on the activity sensor.
