The drive motor has been con-
nected, and the angle transmitter
has not received any impulses
within the preset time.
Check the drive motor for sluggish movement.
Check the contactors, the wiring or the angle
transmitter, if required.
Wrong sense of
rotation
The drive motor rotates in the
wrong direction.
Check the sense of rotation and function of the
transmitter.
Overtravel time
The brake power of the brake is
too low.
Check the function of the brake of the drive unit
and correct its adjustment, if required.

The pallet transport system has
been disconnected.
• Switch on the pallet transport system.
• Take the pallets from the take-away post.
The stretch hood is not in starting
position.
Move the system in starting position by the "Start-
ing position" key.
The stretch hood
has failed without
fault message.
A storage post is not occupied.
Check the photocells for dirt and correct setting.
Check the wiring, if required.
No film hood is
drawn over the
package.
The "without stretching" option
has been selected for the pallet
transport system.
• Switch to "with film" in the "Programme prese-
lection" window.
• De-select the "without stretching" option in the
"Preselection" window.
