Installing wire cable
- To assemble the Rapid Lock, first push and twist the wire into the 35mm Rapid Lock
stud (the longer stud) till it reaches the end. Wire needs to be twisted in the direction as shown below to avoid
fraying. Then, pull to tighten.
NOTE:
To release the wire,place release key on the wire and push it into the rapid lock stud and pull wire out

11 Attach the Barrel Nut to the cassette and then add the top Rapid Lock and fasten the nut, allow for extra thread
for adjustment when the bottom Rapid Lock is assembled.
12 Install Bottom L Brackets at the bottom fixing point.
13 Feed cable through end caps on the bottom rail.
